What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and recommend best-practice architectures for CCaaS transformation projects
- Create and deliver compelling demonstrations of USAN's SaaS offerings across various industry use cases
- Lead discovery sessions, presentations, and workshops with prospects and customers
- Manage the technical relationship with customers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their journey
- Develop and modify proposals and responses to RFPs in collaboration with the customer success team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of experience in technical sales of CCaaS solutions/services, preferably within Amazon Connect
- 2-3 years in a customer-facing role, with a preference for Pre-Sales/Solution Engineering experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar technical field, or equivalent experience
- Excellent presentation, customer engagement, and listening skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a curiosity to learn rapidly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven ability to influence and lead customer engagements effectively
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing consulting role
- Broad knowledge of the CCaaS market, including familiarity with NICE InContact, Genesys, Five9's, and Avaya
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate Certification or experience architecting solutions built on AWS
- Experience with AWS services related to customer experience and analytics
