What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all aspects of the sales process for assigned accounts, including qualifying customers and generating sales opportunities
- Gather engineering data to identify solutions that meet customer needs and recommend appropriate engineering solutions
- Liaison with manufacturing, quality assurance, and engineering to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with local representatives and participate in trade shows to facilitate the sales process
- Provide written reports on customer interactions and conduct monthly business reviews for the territory
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.S. or B.A.) in a technical or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ direct sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of electro-mechanical engineering and sales principles, including experience with BLDC motors, gearboxes, and linear motion concepts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- German language skills
- Experience with lead generation and trade show participation
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for training and client meetings
