What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive growth by developing new end-user customers and expanding distributor partnerships
- Provide technical guidance and product support for new product lines
- Collaborate with customers and distributors to understand tooling needs
- Lead product training sessions and new product introduction meetings
- Maintain CRM system, including contacts, opportunities, and customer data
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Sciences or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with metalworking/cutting tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills for small and large groups
- Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience preferred
- Valid U.S. work authorization and driver's license required

- Experience in the manufacturing industry
- Familiarity with safety procedures and compliance protocols
- Ability to pass customer facility clearance and travel as needed
