What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the onboarding program for new TPA clients, ensuring high-quality customer service
- Facilitate communication between internal teams to meet customer demands and support sales
- Conduct product demonstrations and customer meetings to communicate the value of TPA solutions
- Provide technical expertise to enhance customer interactions and adapt processes to client needs
- Analyze customer feedback to advocate for product improvements and onboarding efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of claims experience, preferably in auto, property, or liability/injury
- At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing sales or customer experience role
- Strong ability to read and understand various insurance policies
- Proven capability to analyze data for decision-making to improve processes
- Willingness to travel for client needs
