      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
      - Provide process support, expertise, and guidance for new and existing installations
      - Create customized sales proposals based on customer needs, pain points, and business challenges
      - Prepare technical proposals and presentations for review and submission to customers
      - Provide post-sales support, including technical troubleshooting and customer training

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent technical selling experience
      - 5-7 years' experience as a sales engineer in capital equipment sales for engineering firms
      - Strong technical background with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
      - Proven experience in building customer and representative relationships
      - Familiarity with CRM and sales management tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Capital equipment sales experience is highly desirable
      - Previous experience in the food and beverage or pharmaceutical industries
