      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement a yearly strategic plan to strengthen the specification position for the ASC portfolio
      - Collaborate with sales teams and Rep Firms to enhance the company's market position with target accounts
      - Maintain relationships with key engineering associations to stay informed of industry trends and standards
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors to ensure ASC products are specified in projects
      - Document all activities in the CRM system, adhering to corporate communication standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College graduate with an Engineering degree; Mechanical Engineering preferred
      - Proven experience in writing technical specifications for mechanical systems
      - Previous technical sales experience in the commercial construction industry
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Willingness to travel overnight as required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CSI Certification (Construction Specifications Institute)
      - Experience in collaborating with contractors and engineers in project specifications
      - Self-motivated with a competitive and resilient nature
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
      - Familiarity with engineering software development and usage
