What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consult with commercial clients to assess video distribution needs and design enterprise solutions
- Provide pre-sales technical support, including system diagrams and scope recommendations
- Serve as a point of contact for assigned accounts, supporting sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Enter, process, and track orders accurately using internal CRM and order management systems
- Identify upselling or cross-sell opportunities based on evolving customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Account Manager, or Sales Support role, ideally in telecom, AV, or enterprise tech
- Strong understanding of enterprise platforms or commercial video systems
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and customer-facing
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Salesforce (or other CRM), and order entry platforms
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for order tracking and documentation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Comfortable reading floor plans and designing AV layouts; experience with tools like Visio or AutoCAD is a plus
- Experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
