      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide ongoing support to customers by consulting on their needs and implementing the full Coromant offer
      - Develop strategies to align with the local business plan and strengthen market share
      - Cultivate strong customer relationships and secure their commitment
      - Maintain existing market shares while seeking new opportunities within the customer portfolio
      - Ensure high-quality data and information on all sales activities in CRM within the assigned customer portfolio

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Degree or equivalent qualification in manufacturing engineering and/or a related field
      - Proven technical experience with cutting tools and knowledge in CNC machining environments
      - Successful experience in negotiations with industrial customers
      - Must possess a current driver's license valid for the state of primary residence
      - Ability to effectively communicate and interact with customers and internal teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing customer relationships within a complex and global matrix organization
      - Strong execution capabilities and ability to create synergy and gain commitment
      - Proficiency in using digital tools of Office 365 in daily work
      - Skilled communicator and presenter in English, both verbally and in writing
      - Experience with CRM systems, particularly Dynamics
