What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for Skyrise elevator systems
- Manage change orders and coordinate approvals from engineering and drafting teams
- Collaborate on awarded projects, participating in Pre-Award Reviews and Basis of Award meetings
- Develop an understanding of deviation processes and respond to deviation requests
- Assist in driving process improvements and standardizing estimating processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology or Accounting
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or engineering
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Elogistics reporting
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with Sales Representatives and NSMs
- Knowledge and experience in technical engineering, mechanical, and/or electrical fields
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the elevator industry
- Ability to mentor and train new hires on standard estimating processes
- Familiarity with Skyrise elevator equipment
- A mix of disciplines in accounting, finance, and engineering
