What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and grow revenue through consultative selling with clients and prospects
- Provide email and telephone-based presales technical support for software products
- Perform production demonstrations that articulate the business and technical value of solutions
- Collaborate with the regional sales team and educate clients on SOTI solutions
- Communicate with internal product development teams to resolve product issues and generate recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mobile device management solutions and enterprise mobility
- Prior experience in a technical customer-facing role, ideally as a pre-sales/sales engineer
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex technical programs
- Knowledge of computer networking principles and security methodologies
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and effectively prioritize workload
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Cisco Certified Network Associate or equivalent certification
- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) or equivalent experience
- Understanding of Cloud Computing or certifications like AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate
- Experience with customer service/incident management software
- Multilingual capabilities
