      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare calculations and engineering details from contract drawings, specifications, and addendums
      - Provide consultation to Builders, Field Sales, and Estimators on building codes and complex framing scenarios
      - Identify exclusions and discrepancies in project information and clarify quotations
      - Evaluate customer information for cost-effective solutions and ensure use of current pricing
      - Maintain relationships with Builders/Vendors and provide training on in-house pricing tools

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering from an ABET accredited program or equivalent work experience
      - Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering exam
      - Minimum of 2 years of metal building design experience or related field
      - Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and project specifications
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with AutoCAD
      - Familiarity with in-house design programs and procedures
      - Knowledge of Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB) and design considerations
      - Ability to manage and prioritize multiple workflows effectively
      - Comfortable with customer interactions via phone
