- Develop new end-user customers and expand existing accounts.
- Strengthen distributor relationships to increase market coverage and product penetration.
- Identify new business opportunities and execute regional growth strategies.
- Achieve sales goals while supporting key marketing initiatives.
- Provide tooling recommendations and application support for customer manufacturing processes.
- Support customers with technical expertise and troubleshooting.
- Promote key product lines, including solid carbide drills, high-performance taps, and indexable tooling solutions.
- Conduct regular customer and distributor visits throughout the territory.
- Understand customer challenges, operational goals, and future tooling requirements.
- Share market insights and customer feedback with Product Management teams to support future innovation.
- Deliver product training sessions for distributor and customer teams.
- Lead new product introduction activities and technical presentations.
- Serve as a trusted technical resource for customers and channel partners.
- Keep CRM records, customer contacts, and opportunities up to date.
- Follow all company safety requirements and customer-specific site protocols.
- Travel throughout the assigned territory, with occasional international travel.
- Operate and maintain a company-provided vehicle.
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Sciences or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in metalworking, machining, or cutting tools.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- CRM experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to satisfy customer facility access requirements and travel as needed.
