      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations, presentations, technical guidance, and proof of concepts
      - Act as the technical expert on identity management solutions for customers and partners
      - Establish long-term relationships with customers and serve as their trusted advisor
      - Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue during key sales phases
      - Provide insightful feedback on product enhancements and customer needs to product owners

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent field, or 2+ years' experience in a customer-facing role
      - Proficiency in English; additional languages are beneficial
      - Knowledge of identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and experience with REST interfaces
      - Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to link technical capabilities to customer needs
      - Familiarity with IAM concepts including Authentication, Authorization, and Single Sign-On

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Installation and/or configuration experience with IAM technologies from vendors like ForgeRock, Okta, or Auth0
      - Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
      - Successful delivery of a SaaS-based IAM solution
      - Knowledge of DevOps processes and platforms such as GitHub and Kubernetes
      - Experience with various web application servers and operating systems
