      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement a proactive territory management plan to meet or exceed sales objectives
      - Identify potential sales opportunities by staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities
      - Collaborate with internal and field-based teams to ensure customer satisfaction
      - Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase product benefits
      - Cultivate strong customer relationships and address inquiries or concerns promptly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A technical bachelor's degree in materials science, engineering, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5-10 years of successful experience in outside/field-based technical sales of capital equipment
      - Strong customer-focused approach with a positive attitude
      - Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, able to work independently and collaboratively
      - Key leadership qualities, including flexibility and effective communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in polymer manufacturing, compounding, or automotive industries is a plus
      - Passion for technology and a strong desire to learn and succeed in sales
