      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and lead a high-performing team of Sales Engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
      - Develop and execute strategies to maintain a robust sales pipeline and specification development
      - Own and manage the ASC Master Specification Document, ensuring its effective utilization
      - Assist in developing and executing comprehensive training programs for customers and internal teams
      - Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and training efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred) or a related discipline
      - Minimum of 10 years of technical sales experience in the PVF or mechanical/plumbing industry
      - Strong leadership and sales execution skills
      - Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline effectively
      - Excellent organizational and time management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in delivering training programs and understanding core training principles
      - Proficient in document control, CRM systems, and training software
      - Willingness to travel overnight up to 75% of the time
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional image
