What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet or exceed territory sales quotas as established by management
- Generate new opportunities within assigned accounts through ongoing communication and relationship development
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client information
- Deliver presentations and hands-on demonstrations of products and solutions to drive sales
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four-year degree preferred in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
- 1 to 3 years minimum sales experience in the electronics or industrial automation marketplace
- Comfortable conducting regular outreach and check-ins with assigned accounts
- Self-motivated with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Must be able to travel via airplane and automobile, and lift a minimum of 50 lbs

- Experience working with distribution in the electronics or industrial automation field
- Strong relationship-building skills with customers
- Proficiency in sales tools to support local markets
- Experience in developing field presentations and application notes
