What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the technical expert for Trimble Construction products, understanding customer workflows and pain points
- Train and educate distribution partners on Trimble solutions to enhance their technical selling process
- Collaborate with sales and technical staff to ensure effective installation and commissioning of solutions
- Provide organized on-the-job training and create necessary training content for dealers
- Represent the employer at trade shows and training events, promoting Trimble solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated aptitude for technology with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in civil construction processes and construction principles
- Comfortable presenting to large audiences and articulating value propositions
- Strong writing skills, particularly in technical writing
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in construction and/or survey practices
- Ability to build effective relationships across multiple functions
- Previous involvement in training or education roles within a technical field
- Familiarity with Trimble solutions or similar technologies
