What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure customer satisfaction and success for financial and real estate clients
- Conduct data analysis to inform product development and maintenance
- Engage with customers to resolve queries and triage development requests
- Maintain updated documentation and content library for products
- Train customers on product usage and foster strong relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High IT literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in data analytics, particularly in Python and SQL
- Experience in customer onboarding and technical implementation
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines
- Strong communication skills for product demonstrations and customer interaction
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Passion for learning about climate change and understanding its landscape
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and project management tools (e.g., Jira)
- Previous experience in managing Proof of Concept (PoC) environments
