What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand their needs
- Deliver the full product and service offering to customers
- Identify new business opportunities and grow market share
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver total customer solutions
- Utilize CRM tools to track, forecast, and follow up on customer engagements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience with CNC machining, CAD/CAM, and cutting tools
- Proven success in technical sales or customer-facing roles
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (approx. 10% overnight)
