What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand their needs
- Deliver the full product and service offering to clients
- Identify new business opportunities and grow market share
- Collaborate with internal teams to create total customer solutions
- Use technical expertise to consult on CNC machining and tooling applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Hands-on experience with CNC machining, CAD/CAM, and cutting tools
- Proven success in technical sales or customer-facing roles
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel (approximately 10% overnight)

- Experience in the manufacturing industry and knowledge of tooling solutions
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Skills in problem-solving and technical consultation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
