      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Proactively pursue new OEM customer opportunities and develop strategic plans to penetrate new accounts
      - Strengthen relationships with existing customers to uncover new applications and upselling opportunities
      - Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and manage them through the sales cycle
      - Coordinate technical resources for customers and provide technical presentations and product demonstrations
      - Document customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities in CRM systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or related work experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of technical sales or related experience
      - Demonstrated success in acquiring new OEM customers and expanding sales at existing accounts
      - Strong understanding of gearmotors, VFDs, servo drive systems, and/or general motion control
      - Proven experience in technical sales or business development within the automation sector

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
      - History of documented sales growth in a similar role
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with engineering teams and decision-makers
      - Skilled in pipeline management and CRM usage
      - Willingness to travel 30% of the time for customer visits, trade shows, and training sessions
