What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and grow a defined territory in Southeast Minnesota
- Develop new customer relationships (80%) while supporting existing clients (20%)
- Conduct on-site client meetings to provide technical consultation and engineered solutions
- Apply expertise in water systems, fluid processes, automation, and chemistry
- Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure client success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Environmental preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience in industrial or commercial markets
- Proven success in selling industrial systems or water treatment solutions
- Strong foundation in mechanical systems, chemistry, automation, and system design
- Valid U.S. work authorization (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder only)

- Experience in customer retention and revenue generation in technical sales
- Self-motivated and team-oriented with a strong customer focus
- Ability to meet or exceed sales goals consistently
