What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Deliver the full product and service offering to customers
- Identify new business opportunities and grow market share
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver total customer solutions
- Use technical expertise to consult on CNC machining and tooling applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Hands-on experience with CNC machining, CAD/CAM, and cutting tools
- Proven success in technical sales or customer-facing roles
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Must be a U.S. Citizen, possess a valid driver's license, and be willing to travel (approx. 10% overnight)

- Experience with CRM tools for sales pipeline management
- Familiarity with aerospace, automotive, medical, energy, and general engineering sectors
- Strong technical acumen in machining applications
