What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate product differentiation, value, and technical functionality to prospects and customers
- Lead operational and technical discovery to align customer needs with Afresh's solutions
- Collaborate with Sales Directors and Account Managers on deal strategy and opportunities
- Provide product feedback from the field to the Product and Engineering teams
- Maintain expertise on competitive technologies and how to position Afresh effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of Sales Engineer experience, preferably with Grocery or AI/ML-related products
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience managing end-to-end technical validation or POC processes of a complex SaaS product
- Proven ability to collaborate with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to work with prospective customers onsite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data architecture and ETL
- Involvement in strategic deals with companies having 10k+ employees or $500k+ ACV opportunities
