What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Help customers understand the value of the employer's product during the sales process

- Travel up to 30% for customer engagements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with logs, metrics, IT operations, and security
- Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support
- Experience working remotely
- Reside in San Francisco or Seattle
- Ability to provide feedback on the product after hands-on experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a similar role that involves technical problem-solving and customer engagement
- Strong storytelling skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to customers
- Familiarity with the employer's product and its applications in real-world environments
