What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers in understanding the value of the employer's products throughout the sales process
- Conduct product demonstrations and address customer inquiries during initial sales calls
- Support customers during proof of concept sessions to showcase product effectiveness
- Document interesting use cases for blog posts and product documentation
- Travel up to 30% as required for customer engagements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with logs, metrics, IT operations, and security
- Background in sales engineering, professional services, or support
- Ability to engage with the product and provide constructive feedback
- Residence in Arizona, Nevada, Utah, or Southern California
- Experience working remotely
