What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the employer's products and services tailored for the insurance and insurance asset management market
- Collaborate with sales representatives and internal stakeholders to define and deliver on prospective client requirements
- Conduct discovery processes to qualify potential opportunities and document client challenges and objectives
- Provide responsive support throughout the sales cycle, including managing RFP processes and preparing tailored presentations
- Maintain and improve the demo environment with relevant features and analytics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar sales engineer role, preferably in complex strategic sales processes
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a performance-oriented environment
- Flexibility to travel as needed for presentations and industry conferences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of insurance company investment portfolios, including private and alternative products
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to establish trust across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives of major insurance companies
