      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute sales plans to achieve growth goals for the territory
      - Create demand for motion control products among end-users, system integrators, and OEM customers
      - Negotiate project pricing with the assistance of Sales Management
      - Manage relationships with customers and channel partners in the assigned territory
      - Present information and demonstrate products to customers on-site

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or 10+ years of practical sales experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of field experience in sales of motion control or competitive product lines
      - Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in sales of related automation products in the Southwest region
      - Strong professional sales abilities with an understanding of the US factory automation market
      - Valid driver’s license and reliable personal automobile acceptable to company standards for customer transport

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong knowledge of competitors’ products, channels, and strategies
      - Understanding of solution selling and consultative sales methodology
      - Ability to interface closely with application engineering and marketing groups for accurate field data
      - Experience managing various sales channels and networks, such as distributors and value-added resellers
