What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across various time zones
- Manage resources for Sales Engineering Calls and ensure timely responses to requests
- Provide technical expertise to the sales team to facilitate product sales
- Conduct technical discoveries with partners and customers to align solutions with their needs
- Deliver custom product demonstrations that emphasize key business drivers for clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Over five (5) years of technical experience, with at least three (3) years in the payment industry
- Strong experience in the technical aspects of e-commerce, mobile, or POS systems
- Technical background or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to travel up to 35% for client meetings and team collaboration
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Confident speaker capable of engaging with executives and technical contacts
- Familiarity with API integrations, including JSON Restful Web Services
- Strong desire to expand knowledge in technical and industry-related areas
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Previous experience in sales engineering or a related field
