What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in generating new business and growing existing accounts through technical knowledge of products and third-party integrations
- Communicate customer feedback into future product developments to enhance offerings
- Support sales account managers by answering technical questions and conducting customer trials
- Install, configure, and test solutions at customer facilities during Proof of Concepts
- Provide technical training to end users and Certified Solution Providers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College or University Degree in a business or technical discipline
- Minimum 4 years of experience in networks, WAN, LAN, and CCTV/video surveillance equipment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for effective interaction with various personnel levels
- Proven track record in delivering customer satisfaction
- Some project management experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with large enterprise IT departments and processes
- Experience in the security industry
- CCNA or CompTIA certification
