What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction
- Partner with the sales team to drive customer journeys and build technical wins
- Develop a deep understanding of customers' goals and articulate how offerings address their needs
- Create and maintain value-based relationships at all levels within customer organizations
- Actively participate in all phases of planning and execution, from discovery to technical win
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with cloud-native technologies, such as container technologies and Kubernetes
- Minimum of three years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as technical sales or sales/solution engineering
- Proven track record of success in a technical presales role
- Ability to articulate and sell the benefits of modern platforms, software, and technologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in onboarding, educating, and enabling partners during sales cycles
- Familiarity with the ScaleOps product and its applications in various industries
