What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across various time zones and geographies
- Manage resources for sales engineering calls and ensure a quick turnaround for requests
- Provide the sales team with necessary technical expertise to facilitate product sales
- Conduct technical discoveries with partners and customers, delivering feedback to product management as needed
- Deliver compelling software demonstrations tailored to customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual in French and English
- Minimum of two (2) years of technical experience, ideally one (1) year within the payment industry
- Strong understanding of the technical aspects of ecommerce, mobile, and/or POS
- Technical background or related discipline (or equivalent experience) in APIs and software integration
- Ability to travel up to 35% to meet with client prospects and team members
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Confident speaker with the ability to present and interact with executives and technical contacts
- Familiarity with API integrations, including JSON Restful Web Services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- A proactive approach to expanding technical knowledge and industry-related expertise
