      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver engaging pre-sale technical software solution demonstrations to potential clients
      - Consult with prospects to identify the best software solutions for their business needs
      - Document and address critical business issues during the discovery process
      - Create and maintain a master software presentation library and sales tools
      - Provide consulting expertise to executives and facilitate the sales process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS, finance, business, or a construction-specific degree along with relevant experience
      - Extensive knowledge of Viewpoint Trimble Software or similar ERP solutions
      - Strong interpersonal communication skills
      - Up to 25% travel required, with a valid driver's license and good driving record
      - Proven experience in the construction industry with an understanding of common document workflows

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using or training in Viewpoint Trimble ERP Software (Vista/Spectrum/JobPac/ProContractor), CMiC, Sage, or other construction-specific ERP solutions
      - Prior experience in a pre-sales role or customer success role
