What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop accurate project quotations based on customer requests, specifications, and plan sets using Salesforce
- Review bid documents to qualify project scope and analyze customer needs for compliant solutions
- Draft submittals to support bid approvals and ensure timely awards
- Communicate with channel partners and internal teams to ensure accuracy in quotes and orders
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in quoting, project coordination, inside sales, or sales operations
- Proficiency with Salesforce, CPQ/quoting tools, and Excel
- Familiarity with public-sector procurement processes and bid portal workflows
- Ability to read plan sets and interpret specifications/SOWs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with electrical distributors, contractors, or public-sector project quoting in related fields
- Strong communication skills with a team-oriented mindset to collaborate across departments
