What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop accurate quotations from customer requests, plan sets, and specifications using Salesforce and CPQ/price books
- Review bid documents to qualify project scope and analyze customer needs for compliant, value-engineered solutions
- Draft submittals to support approval of bids and ensure timely awards
- Communicate with channel partners and sales teams to ensure accurate quotes and orders
- Track and report KPIs to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years in quoting, project coordination, inside sales, or sales operations supporting technical solutions
- Proficiency with Salesforce, CPQ/quoting tools, and Excel
- Familiarity with public-sector procurement and bid portal workflows
- Ability to read plan sets and interpret specifications/SOWs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with electrical distributors, contractors, or public-sector project quoting in related fields
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
