What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop accurate project quotations based on customer requests, specifications, and plan sets using Salesforce
- Review bid documents and qualify project scope to deliver compliant, value-engineered solutions
- Draft submittals to support bid approvals and ensure timely awards
- Communicate with channel partners and internal teams to ensure accuracy of quotes and orders
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quoting and order conversion
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of experience in quoting, project coordination, inside sales, or sales operations
- Proficiency in Salesforce, CPQ/quoting tools, and Excel; familiarity with Adobe/Bluebeam
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with public-sector procurement and bid portal workflows
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with electrical distributors, contractors, or manufacturer representatives
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills for collaboration across departments
- Ability to read and interpret plan sets and specifications
