What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop accurate quotations based on customer requests, plans, and specifications using Salesforce and CPQ tools
- Review bid documents to qualify project scope and analyze customer needs for compliant solutions
- Draft submittals to support bid approvals and timely awards
- Communicate with channel partners and internal teams to ensure complete and accurate orders
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Two to four (2-4) years in quoting, project coordination, inside sales, or sales operations in technical solutions
- Proficiency with Salesforce, CPQ tools, and Excel; familiarity with Adobe/Bluebeam
- Understanding of public-sector procurement and bid portal workflows
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with electrical distributors, contractors, or public-sector project quoting in related fields
- Ability to read plan sets and specifications/SOWs effectively
- Team-oriented with a strong focus on collaboration and deadlines
