What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the design of internal communications and promotional products as well as digital and print marketing projects
- Deliver high-quality designs for all assigned tasks while adhering to brand standards
- Coordinate and produce creative projects for the Medicare division and Sales Operations, ensuring timely delivery
- Edit design files from various partners and vendors and create new materials as per established guidelines
- Comply with all company policies and brand standards while performing other assigned duties
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or related field
- 1-2 years of related experience in graphic design, branding, and identity design work
- Ability to follow vision and deliver creative solutions
- Strong understanding of production-based design and editing processes
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with healthcare-related marketing materials
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with Medicare sales operations and marketing strategies
