What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with distributors on key sales activities and establish relationships with local brand managers
- Oversee merchandising and promotional execution in national and regional chain stores
- Utilize data to track distributor performance and support accurate purchase order forecasting
- Manage key performance indicators related to distributor sales growth
- Lead training programs for merchandisers to enhance market readiness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience in Business or Sales Marketing
- 4+ years of experience in Regional Sales Management or Distributor Partner Management within the beverage industry
- 2+ years of experience in New York within the beverage industry strongly preferred
- Proficiency in VIP, Karma, Excel, and PowerPoint required
- Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of leadership experience preferred
- Strong capability in data analysis and reporting (IRI, Nielsen)
- Exceptional presentation skills for diverse audiences
