What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Introduce, educate, engage, and motivate real estate professionals and team leads with our world-class Premier Agent Platform
- Employ a strategic approach to prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing new accounts, utilizing a combination of cold calling, warm inbound inquiries, and other internal sales tools
- Provide excellent customer service to our partners
- Employ a consultative sales process crafted to acquire the future top Premier Agent Partners
- Skillfully navigate multiple browsers and programs, including product demos, Salesforce, Sales Tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably selling high-dollar marketing, digital media, and advertising services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Salesforce.com or other CRM experience preferred
- Eager to conduct a high volume of daily outbound cold calls with a goal-oriented and determined approach
- Articulates the unique value proposition effectively and overcomes sales objections through active listening and problem-solving
- Exceptional sales integrity by conducting business with honesty, transparency, and ethical approaches
