      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for Microsoft's AI and data solutions
      - Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through strategic prospecting and relationship management
      - Design and present end-to-end AI and data solutions to clients, demonstrating value and ROI
      - Lead discovery workshops to assess client needs and recommend tailored AI solutions
      - Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Microsoft teams to customize solutions for complex business requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of experience selling or implementing Dynamics 365 ERP modules
      - Proven record of closing $1M+ deals in cloud, AI, or data solutions
      - Working knowledge of Azure OpenAI and responsible AI frameworks
      - Experience managing a consultative sales process and navigating enterprise buying cycles
      - Previous experience working with Microsoft account teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant
      - Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals
      - Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
      - Experience delivering over $5M in AI/data revenue through Microsoft technologies
