What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research target prospects and develop a sales pipeline in assigned territory or accounts
- Conduct penetration analysis for existing clients to determine action plans and strategies
- Create and maintain a Strategic Sales Plan (SSP) for identified prospects and manage the sales process
- Negotiate master agreements and service level agreements for small prospects
- Present solutions to clients, assessing their business needs and recommending appropriate options
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the industry
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships
- Ability to work independently and manage complex sales projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Business or related field
- Experience in sales within the payment solutions or financial services industry
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering results
- Familiarity with emerging trends in payment technology
- Experience in consultative selling and solution design
