What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and grow a portfolio of OEM and dealer accounts, driving new revenue and expansion
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities to build a robust pipeline
- Build strong senior relationships with customer stakeholders and identify areas for value creation
- Lead account business reviews, presenting insights and recommended actions
- Manage renewals, contract discussions, and service scope with a focus on improving net retention
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- 7+ years of experience in SaaS sales, key account management, or customer success
- 4+ years of outbound, hunter sales experience in SaaS or software sales
- Strong relationship-building skills with comfort engaging C-level and senior stakeholders
- Proven track record in growing strategic accounts and driving measurable business outcomes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in business development or account growth within the automotive industry
- Exposure to SaaS, cloud solutions, BI tools, or data-heavy platforms
- Experience leading customer presentations, workshops, or training sessions
- Background in dealer performance improvement, financial analysis, or automotive consulting
- Italian language skills are desirable for accounts operating across France and Italy
