What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive new business by targeting banks, credit unions, and financial institutions for recurring loan repayment and deposit/withdrawal needs
- Conduct high-volume sales outreach, including discovery, demos, contract negotiation, and closing deals
- Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value of payment solutions, focusing on bill pay functionality
- Collaborate with the payments team and cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Client Services
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and provide accurate forecasts using CRM systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience selling payment solutions, preferably in recurring/online bill pay (EBPP)
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of payment industry concepts, including EBPP, ACH, and card processing
- Ability to communicate value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM systems and managing a high-velocity sales cycle
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling EBPP into sectors such as utilities, lending, or tax
- Familiarity with the needs of banks or credit unions
- Self-starter with exceptional organizational and follow-up skills
