      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM (Salesforce) and prioritize high-probability opportunities
      - Conduct disciplined prospecting, including pre-call research and scheduling meetings with decision-makers
      - Rigorously qualify opportunities by confirming kitchen feasibility and understanding buying criteria
      - Present value-driven business cases to customers and drive profitable sales closes
      - Provide support during the installation process and ensure customer satisfaction through post-install check-ins

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of field sales prospecting and cold-calling experience
      - Strong time management skills and structured prospecting approach
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
      - Experience in consultative sales and relationship building with customers and internal teams
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong CRM experience; valid driver’s license and insurance required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in field sales, particularly in the restaurant or hospitality industry
      - Proven success in field sales roles
      - Experience with Salesforce CRM
      - Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Business or equivalent
