      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate new sales opportunities and nurture relationships within assigned territory

      - Meet quotas assigned by leadership and provide accurate CRM/forecast updates
      - Lead the sales team and supervise product installations to ensure customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical device or healthcare sales
      - High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
      - Proven track record of successful sales strategy implementation
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to travel up to 80% within assigned territory

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Capital sales experience in a sophisticated decision-making environment
      - Familiarity with Salesforce and strong skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
      - Experience in navigating cross-functional teams and projects
