**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Conduct daily field prospecting activities to identify and acquire new customers.
- Consistently meet monthly and annual sales goals.
- Collaborate across the organization to establish effective selling strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and industry through ongoing training.
- Record all leads and activities in CRM for accurate sales tracking.
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- Must be coachable and open to feedback.
- Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to actively listen and provide solutions.
- Proven tenacity in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Experience with extensive in-person cold calling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM systems.
**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
- Proven field sales experience with a track record of prospecting and closing new customers.
- Degree in Sales, Business, or a related field.
- Experience selling solutions specifically to the restaurant and hospitality industries.
