What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM (Salesforce) to forecast opportunities
- Conduct disciplined prospecting through pre-call research and meaningful meetings with decision-makers
- Rigorously qualify prospects by confirming kitchen feasibility and decision-maker engagement
- Own the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring high-quality and profitable outcomes
- Provide customer support during the installation process and perform post-install check-ins
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of field sales prospecting and cold-calling experience
- Strong time management skills and a structured approach to prospecting
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals, demonstrating coachability and tenacity
- Experience in consultative sales with a focus on discovery and value articulation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with a valid driver’s license and insurance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of field sales experience, particularly in the restaurants or hospitality industry
- Proven success in field sales within the food service sector
- Experience using Salesforce as a CRM tool
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or a related field
