- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new logo clients within banking, finance, healthcare, and customer care sectors
- Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities with enterprise-level organizations
- Create and present compelling value propositions and ROI analyses tailored to each prospect's specific needs and challenges
- Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers at C-suite and senior management levels
- Collaborate with solution architects and subject matter experts to design customized BPO solutions that address client requirements
- Negotiate and structure complex commercial agreements while ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets
- Maintain deep market intelligence about competitor activities, industry trends, and regulatory changes affecting target sectors
- Build and nurture relationships with industry influencers and maintain an active presence in relevant business networks
- Minimum 8+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 5 years specifically in BPO services sales
- Demonstrated success in closing large-scale BPO contracts (1M+ annual contract value) with major corporations
- Proven track record of new logo acquisition in at least two of our core sectors: banking, finance, healthcare, or customer care
- Deep understanding of BPO operations, delivery models, and industry best practices
- Extensive experience selling in US markets with knowledge of regional business practices and regulations
- Strong network of senior-level contacts within target industries
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills in English; additional European languages are highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in sales methodology and complex solution selling
- Understanding of business process optimization and digital transformation
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks affecting BPO operations in banking, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen and ability to structure deals
- Meet or exceed annual revenue targets for new logo acquisition
- Maintain a qualified pipeline of 3x annual quota
- Achieve specified levels of new client acquisition across target sectors
- Maintain high proposal win rates and competitive deal conversion metrics
- Regular travel (40-50% of time)
