What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Architect and execute a strategic territory plan, ensuring sales forecast accuracy and demand generation
- Lead complex negotiations for high-value enterprise contracts, aligning solutions with client KPIs
- Collaborate with various internal teams to design and implement customized payment solutions
- Engage in strategic consultative selling, acting as a trusted advisor to identify market disruption opportunities
- Stay informed about Fintech and Open Banking trends to drive customer-led innovation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of enterprise field sales experience, specifically in payment acceptance or Fintech infrastructure
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar quotas through consultative selling
- Ability to understand complex API-based products and collaborate with technical stakeholders
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with C-level decision-makers at Global 2000 companies
- Expertise in managing long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
